1719-1726 Owned by Governor Bienville, probably-under the Mississippi River[by grant]

1726-1763 Owned by Order of the Jesuits, under the river and then undeveloped batture [by
          purchase]

1763-1782 Owned by Francois Duplessis (after two quick transfers in 1763) and then his widow
          Marie Saulier Duplessis; in 1765, the plantation great house and outbuildings are built [by
          purchase]

1782-1787 Owned by Narcisso de Alva [by purchase]

1787-1793 Owned by Joseph Foucher [by purchase]

1793-1796 Owned by Marguerite Carriere Foucher (widowed mother of Joseph Foucher) [by
          inheritance]

1796-1799 Owned by brothers Jean Baptiste and Silvestre Delord-Sarpy (Silvestre being a son-in-law
          of Marguerite Foucher, married to her daughter Marguerite II) [by purchase]

1799-1807 Owned by Marguerite Foucher Delord-Sarpy (widow of Silvestre) [by inheritance]

1807-1814 Owned by Armand Duplantier, lent out to Governor Wilkinson & troops [by purchase]

1814-1818 Owned again by Marguerite Foucher Delord Sarpy (at this time, family buys a newer house
          on plantation tract at intersection of Howard and Camp Streets which also became known
          as the Delord-Sarpy house) [by foreclosure]

1818-1824 Owned by Jean Baptiste Poeyfarre [by purchase]

1824-1845 Owned Louise Forstall Poeyfarre (many lots on Square 120 sold offby Widow Poeyfarre
          in 1831 and chain of title becomes very complex until properties reconsolidated by
          Maginnis between 1881 and 1887) [by inheritance]

1852-1860 Owned by Mrs. Elizabeth McCarter and heirs (by 1859 leased by Fasnacht brothers and
          they open their brewery) [by sale of succession]
 
1860-1865 Owned by Louis & Samuel Fasnacht [by purchase, estate sale]

1865-1871 Owned by Albert Erath, who also operates a brewery [by purchase]
 
1871-1875 Owned by Samuel Fasnacht [by purchase, Sheriffs sale]

1875-1876 Owned by Michael Frank [by purchase, Sheriffs sale]

1876-1881 Owned by Miss Marie Louise Fasnacht [by transfer of promissory notes]

1881-1887 Owned by Maginnis family, old plantation house tom down 1881, first cotton mill
