We had been daydreaming about retiring in one of the condos in the Warehouse District that we had discovered while surfing the Internet. When we arrived in New Orleans in February, however, we really didn’t expect anything to materialize. Fortunately, we met one of your realtors, Karen Sepko.

Karen took the time to prepare a comprehensive notebook of possible condos that were within our price range and meticulously arranged for us to view each one. Since we were only in New Orleans for a long weekend, she spent her whole Sunday escorting us around. As a result, we found a condo that same day. When we returned to North Carolina, she continued to make all the arrangements for us, ensuring that everyone strictly adhered to time frames and commitments. She even found someone to rent our apartment immediately to help minimize our expenses as we won’t be moving for awhile.
